To comply with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks in each jurisdiction, activities are conducted through separate and legally independent entities that share a common conservation mission.

Each entity maintains:

  • independent governance

  • separate accounting records

  • separate banking structures

  • compliance with its own national regulatory requirements

No entity exercises control over another.

Turn The Tide Foundation Inc. (TTT) is a nonprofit corporation registered in the United States and currently serves as the active entity supporting field operations.

Donations made through this website are processed by Turn The Tide Foundation Inc. and are used to support conservation programs, operational costs, research, outreach, and related mission-driven expenses.

Information regarding tax deductibility depends on the donor’s jurisdiction and will be communicated based on the organization’s confirmed tax status.
